Prime Now offers shopping services from Whole Foods Market, so customers can order online and have items delivered in under two hours. As a Shopper, you’ll work in a grocery store setting at Whole Foods, locating and carefully selecting items and packaging them for delivery. An Amazon Picker position or sometimes caller Packer is an employee who is stationed in the Amazon warehouse. Picker/Packers at Amazon are responsible for ensuring that all the tasks at the warehouse run smoothly and efficiently. The Amazon warehouse workers are the ones who make sure customers and users of Amazon receive quality and trusted products and services.
Amazon Pickers have several different responsibilities that vary depending on the type of employee and other factors. Some of these responsibilities and tasks include:
Amazon warehouse positions such as Pickers or Packers earn a fixed hourly wage that is discussed and agreed upon before employment. This wage includes factors like the type of employee, number of hours, work performance, type of shifts, etc. Picker Packers can also increase their earnings through promotional challenges, incentives, and bonuses.
The Picker or Packer position at Amazon is an entry-level position. Employees do not need any special requirements or qualifications. Employees just need to be at least eighteen years old and have a high school diploma as their minimum level of education. Any additional experience working in a warehouse or using warehouse equipment is always welcome but is not necessary.

Amazon Picker/Packers work hours are set according to an already planned schedule that takes into account the type of employee, preference, etc. Shifts for every Picker/Packer are set according to their convenience as much as possible. Part-time Amazon Picker/Packer positions can work up to twenty hours a week. Full-time positions can work up to a maximum of forty hours a week.
